I have a feeling that this new thing in the music industry or any industry has to do with death and being all morbid. Frankly, I don't like it. I got finished watching Rihanna's new video Russian Roulette and she bleeds from being shot quite often. Are some people doing this because of the whole Lady Gaga Paparazzi VMA performance? Yes, death happens but I would never want to put myself in a role where I am being killed in numerous ways. I was never a big fan of the Saw franchise. One it was gory and two it was scary. People have told me it is a good story about the value of life and mind games. I don't like putting those kind of images of people suffering in my head. I did that because I was curious about Final Destination, then I was being really curious and began watching the second one. Yeah, I never finished that movie and I don't want to. I have an active imagination, and the last thing I want to be is sleep deprived because of nightmares I have.

In closing I feel that I would never want to put myself artistically in a position where I have to die, or where I have to kill someone. Now I am doing a cinematography project for school and it is about a war and the good guys have to get the bad guys. I am not getting into all physic elements of it. True that makes it deep, but my audience has a short attention span not to mention I have to do this film in 5 minutes.

I guess portraying death in my art has been a scary thing for me and now I really don't want to do it because one of my friends passed, and then the saying "Life and death is in the power of the tongue." I never did like the phrase "your killing me!" No I am not killing you, I am annoying you to high heaven but I am not physically hurting you and I don't believe I have powers to make your head explode. (To make things explode is pretty cool) I just don't like it. Period
